Kreschaty park is one of the central Kyiv parks which is located close to the main street – Khreshchatyk. During our journey we will find out all the secrets of the old park. We will see the building of famous library and a wonderful castle, actually Puppet theater! You will be acquainted with the characters of our fairytales. Several bronze sculptures attract the park’s landscape. You will see the biggest money box in Ukraine in the shape of a huge bronze frog!
We will visit the most romantic place in Kyiv – the bridge of the kisses with a touching monument devoted to eternal love…
But the main attraction of the park is water information centre or so called water museum! The entrance to the museum is through the old water tower (1876) but the exposition is located underground. During the underground part of the tour you will get to know how water gets into Kyiv flats, you will learn about history of Kyiv water supply system. We will see the biggest toilet of the Ukrainian capital and we will take a walk through the sewage! What is more, you will be able to feel yourself in a bubble! And at the end of the tour, you will become a little bit happier, because you will have an opportunity to communicate with gold fishes and to make your wish near the tree of the wishes!
